Career Summary

On January 26, 2021, Ian Fray became the third Inter Miami CF Academy graduate to be signed to the First Team as a Homegrown Player. Prior to signing his First Team contract, Fray was a standout for both the Academy sides and Inter Miami CF II. Following a stellar 2019 season, the Coconut Creek, Fla, native became one of two Academy players to be handed professional contracts with Inter Miami CF II. The center back was then named to the USL League One All-League Second Team for his performances at that level in 2020. 

After two seasons hampered by injuries following his First Team promotion, the young center back will seek to be a valuable defensive option for the team in 2023.
