Inter Miami CF II will hit the road once again to face Crown Legacy FC this Friday April 24 at Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews in its third road match of the 2023 MLS NEXT Pro regular season. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m ET.
The team will encounter Crown Legacy FC after last week’s 2-0 defeat away from home against Orlando City B. Despite the result, the match featured strong performances from several players, including Dominican international Israel Boatwright; the defender involved himself in 17 duels and won six tackles.
The team will be without midfielder David Ruiz, who was called up to the Honduran U-20 national team for a training camp in preparation for the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup.  Â
Crown Legacy FC, meanwhile, earned three points in its first road match in team history last weekend against New York Red Bulls II. So far this season, the team has registered two wins and a draw.
