The boys are in search of another victory after coming off back-to-back victories over in-state rival Orlando City B (0-2) and their most recent fixture over Huntsville City FC (2-1). The win against Huntsville featured stellar goals from attackers Ryan Carmichael and Bryan Destin. Carmichael secured his first professional goal after being drafted by Inter Miami CF in the 2024 MLS SuperDraft. Destin, meanwhile, tallied his second goal of the season, and second in as many matches. Notably, the match marked Cremaschi’s first start since his return from injury.
So far this season, Inter Miami II sit second in the MLS NEXT Pro Eastern Conference standings. The Heron's have enjoyed an impressive start to the 2024 campaign, with Federico Higuain’s squad recording three wins and one draw so far this regular season for a total 10 points.
Chattanooga, meanwhile, will enter the match following a 1-1 draw against NYCFC II in its previous match at Belson Stadium in New York.
This will be the first time the Clubs will go head-to-head this season. The sides are scheduled to face again on May 10 at Chase Stadium at 5 p.m. ET.
