Last week, Inter Miami CF donated supplies through the Club’s second annual Back-to-School Bookbag Program presented by UKG during the City of Miami Back-to-School Bash the afternoon of Thursday, Aug. 19, at Juan Pablo Duarte Park in Miami, with Club defender Leandro González Pirez participating in the event.
Committed to enabling education to kids across South Florida, Inter Miami joined this special event organized to support many students in need of equipment ahead of their return to in-person classes in the month of August for the start of the new school year. Over 150 Back to School bags with supplies from Club partners Beyu, BodyArmor, Dunkin’ Donuts, UKG, and Wendy’s were distributed to students by Inter Miami defender Leandro González Pirez. The Club will continue to distribute over 100 additional bags to kids in need across South Florida.
