Inter Miami CF announced today that it has signed standout young midfielder to a contract extension through the 2025 Major League Soccer (MLS) season with an option for 2026.

“Bryce is a dynamic young talent and we’re excited to keep him with us,” said Chief Soccer Officer and Sporting Director Chris Henderson. “Since he arrived here he has steadily and consistently improved. We’re looking forward to helping him along his continued upward trajectory with Inter Miami.”

“I’m very excited to have signed a contract extension and thankful that the Club believes in me to give me this new deal. I’m excited about what lies ahead in the future and to continue to grow. The staff and all my teammates have been amazing since I got here and I’m looking forward to working hard and giving back to them,” said Duke.

Duke, 22, was acquired in a trade with LAFC in January 2022 and went on to more than double his MLS appearance tally in his one season with Inter Miami. In 2022, Duke made 28 appearances, 16 of them starts, for the Club, totaling 1,476 minutes played in the regular season. He also came off the bench in the team’s 2022 MLS Cup Playoffs match.

Duke led Inter Miami in assists in 2022, tallying seven in the regular season. He also marked a milestone last season, netting his first career MLS goal. During the season, he was named to the 22 Under 22 presented by BODYARMOR, a list of the top 22 players in MLS under the age of 22 – as voted on by an expert panel consisting of MLSsoccer.com analysts, MLS Player Department staff and external media members.

So far in 2023, Duke has appeared off the bench in all three of Inter Miami’s matches, helping the team secure victories over two Eastern Conference opponents in the process.
