Inter Miami CF announced today that it will join eMLS, the League’s competitive EA SPORTS™ FIFA League, ahead of the 2021 eMLS season. Further details, including team branding and talent, will be announced at a later date.
In January 2018, MLS launched eMLS, a groundbreaking platform sitting at the intersection of gaming and soccer culture. eMLS is a major component in how MLS utilizes gaming to reach global audiences and grow the league’s next generation of fans.
Inter Miami will join 26 other MLS franchises in eMLS, including Saint Louis CITY SC who will join alongside the Club in 2021. Each franchise will feature an eMLS player competing to be crowned the best EA SPORTS™ FIFA 21 player in North America.
The complete eMLS 2021 schedule and further details on eMLS Cup, including player announcements and tournament structure, will be shared as the competition draws closer.
