On Saturday, Inter Miami CF and Main Partner Florida Blue joined forces once again for a successful Florida Blue Holiday Bash at Chase Stadium, hosting 32 families from Neighbors 4 Neighbors through the organization’s Adopt a Family 4 the Holidays program.
This year’s Holiday Bash brought a winter wonderland to South Florida with carol singers, Christmas stocking decorating, ornament making, airbrush tattoo artists and games for all to enjoy. To enhance the experience, Inter Miami chefs provided a holiday feast for all in attendance, which included an appearance from none other than Santa Claus himself.
Inter Miami staff was overjoyed to work with Neighbors 4 Neighbors and volunteers from Florida Blue to make this event one to remember. A player appearance by Inter Miami CF’s First Team defender, Ryan Sailor, also brought holiday cheer to the families by taking photos with all who asked, signing Christmas stockings and spending time getting to know their stories.
At the end of the event, each adopted family was gifted a holiday goody bag including a $300 gift card to help them complete their holiday wishlists and a $150 gift card from Publix, Inter Miami CF’s official supermarket partner for holiday grocery purchases.
Neighbors 4 Neighbors (N4N) is a local non-profit whose mission is to connect those in need with those in the community that can help them. Since 1992, N4N has utilized their resources and connections to unite “neighbors” with extra resources with “neighbors” who need some extra help to get by. For over three decades, N4N has organized the Adopt a Family 4 the Holidays program, collaborating with various non-profits and community partners to create a unique gift-giving experience.
Each year Inter Miami CF and the Inter Miami CF Foundation are proud to join Official Community Partner Florida Blue in this special holiday endeavor and each look forward to continuing this tradition to further support the community of South Florida in 2025.
