As a 2025 Season Ticket Member, you have access to the 2025 STM Loyalty Program! Piloted in 2024, we have now enhanced the program which is exclusively for Season Ticket Members. This is one way Inter Miami can continue to recognize, thank and reward you, our incredible Season Ticket Members for their continued support and dedication. This year, there are over 50 prizes to be won and FOUR (4) ways to do so. The prizes are truly incredible and we are calling them “money can’t buy and a lot of money can buy prizes and experiences”! We have also added some incredible new features! See below for ALL the information:
HOW IT WORKS – ACCESSING THE LOYALTY PROGRAM AND FINDING THE CHECK-IN STATIONS
- Step 1. Open the Inter Miami CF App. If you don’t have the app, click here to download.
- Step 2. Under “EXPERIENCE IMCF”, click “Loyalty Program”
- Step 3. Log in with your Ticketmaster Account credentials you use to access your Inter Miami Tickets.
- Step 4.
Once you log in, you will see your home screen. The QR code is what you will use to scan into a STM Check-in Station.
Scan your QR code to receive your STM discount of 10% off at any concession stand or at the team stores at Chase Stadium.
You will also see a “Credit” section. This is where the Club can reward our STM’s with credit that can also be used at the team stores and concessions. You can also add your payment card here by clicking “Add Card”. That means you can scan your QR code to get your discount and pay at the same time.
- Step 5.
Once you enter Chase Stadium on game day, look for one of our ten (10) check in stations. They look like this and will have an 8ft flag behind it, you can’t miss them. All 10 locations are inside Chase Stadium once you have passed through your turnstile. The locations are as follows:
- Step 6.
Go to the Check-in station and scan your QR code. The screen and the lights will go from pink, to green. And that’s it, you are all checked-in and entered into the challenges. Once you have checked-in, it will reflect in your Loyalty Program, and you can so in and confirm.
HOW TO WIN
There are FOUR (4) ways to win.
- Individual Game Challenge
For every Inter Miami CF home game of the 2025 Season, there will be an opportunity to win incredible prizes for every Season Ticket Member who checks-in at a check-in station. Whether it’s an MLS game, Concacaf Champions Cup game, League’s Cup or a playoff game, Season Ticket Members should check-in to be entered into a draw against their fellow Season Ticket Members to win the Individual Game Challenges. There are multiple chances to win for each game.
- MLS Game Streaks
The second way to win is by attending consecutive MLS games starting with Game 1. against NYCFC and completing the consecutive attendance streaks. There are 5 streaks. Once you complete each streak, you are eligible for the next streak. The streaks are as follows:
- Streak 1. - Game 1 to Game 3.
- Streak 2. - Game 1 to Game 6.
- Streak 3. – Game 1 to Game 10.
- Streak 4. – Game 1 to Game 14.
- Streak 5. – Game 1 to Game 17.
The prizes for completing the streaks are even more incredible than the individual game prizes. Every Season Ticket Member to checks-in and completes these streaks will be entered into a draw to win that streaks prize.
- Accumulation of Games
Every game counts! Even if you miss a game or two, at the end of the season the total number of games you attended and checked in to will be totaled and you will be entered into a prize draw with your fellow Season Ticket Members who had the same % attendance as you. Starting at 80% attendance, the prizes are on a completely different level, and you won’t want to miss a game to ensure you are entered into the draw to win. The prize for 100% of games will be announced later in the season and will be unmissable!
- Be One of the First to Check-In
At every home game, no matter the tournament, a pre-determined number of Season Ticket Members to check-in first will win money in their account to spend on merchandise and at the concessions. For example, for Game 1. Against NYCFC, the first 250 STM’s to check-in will be awarded $10 in their Loyalty Program account. Every game the number of STM’s and the $ amount will change. The lower the number, the higher the money awarded! Don’t miss out and check-in early!
