Jason Washington is an internationally acclaimed underwater photographer who specializes in ambient light photography. Washington is a 2017 International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame Honoree. Washington's unique style of freediving photography coupled with his passion for ocean conservation have broken new grounds in the world of underwater photography. His artwork can be found adorning the walls of villas and hotels from Europe to the Caribbean, reminding viewers of the importance of ocean conservation. Washington also spearheaded the creation of CULL, the Cayman United Lionfish League, a non-profit organization in charge of tackling the lionfish invasion problem in Grand Cayman. Over the years, CULL has removed tens of thousands of invasive lionfish from Cayman’s waters, all while educating the public on the importance of such ventures both locally and abroad. Washington is the owner of Ambassador Divers, a Five Star PADI facility located in the Cayman Islands.
